My request wasn't acknowledged when I showed up at the parking lot. What is the next course of action I should follow?

Please accept our sincere apologies. You'll have to check your order details, go through the fine print, and make sure if your situation matches any of the conditions mentioned. In the event that the mentioned conditions don't match your circumstance, kindly get in touch with us, and we will take the necessary action. 

Can I request for cancellation?  If so, do I get a refund?

Yes, you can request for cancellation. To proceed with your cancellation request, please send an email to support@Findparking.com . You must include your order number so that our team can process your request on a priority basis.

We offer discounts for cancellations if the request is made within 24 hours of registration. In case of a change in dates or times, you should cancel the booking redo the process. All that you’ll need to do is email or call us. Please note that any parking that exceeds allotted time will attract charges for the booking days or duration for any and all additional hours/days that were not paid for.

We don't offer discounts for unused days after your booking dates. Seldom, because of unexpected situations, your parking reservation may be moved to a another nearby parking garage. This will be taken care of by us to ensure that you have a smooth experience. 

Should I keep my order confirmation? 

Yes. Please keep your order confirmation so that there will not be any confusion. After you have made your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details.
